HydraulIQ has done already several prestigious jobs in different markets and environments. One of them is the “Hydraulic Hose Changeover Project”. The changeover was on one of the two hydraulic operated “Pipe Transfer Cranes” on board of one of the biggest and most sophisticated pipe lay vessels in the world. The Dutch owned vessel company had targeted us to do the changeover during ocean transit, within a timeframe of two weeks. The project was pre-engineered, pre-assembled, managed and physically carried out on board by our own team of highly classed Dutch technicians and managers, together in close harmony with our customer. The costs for our customer far within budget and carried out far within estimated time frame. Result: a very pleased and satisfied customer together with a highly enthusiastic team of HydraulIQ technicians; ready for a new adventure.

HydraulIQ has a wide history of manifold engineering and manifold production. We engineer our own hydraulic schematics, with preferred supplier components, such as Bosch Rexroth©, Buehler© or miniBOOSTER®, but also with customer required components. We, as HydraulIQ, are in the rich position to engineer our manifolds in all sizes and shapes and in all kinds of exotic or standard materials. We pre-engineer our hydraulic schematics for the manifolds already in the RFQ-stage. This results in a high level of trust, where we can show our customers that there special design and crucial part of their installation is in the right capable hands…. our HydraulIQ hands!! As well for new design, series or even copying of old, deteriorated forms of manifolds, HydraulIQ is up for the real challenge. A challenge that we love to take!

HydraulIQ team does there work everywhere on this planet! We have invested in two types of 20ft containers to create a safe and professional semi-mobile workshop on site. No location is too fare or too extraordinary for us. Every job can be done on a high class technical level. The 20ft DNV semi-mobile workshop is ready to go on an offshore journey, to install power packs, cylinders, manifolds, hoses and piping (Lloyds certified). The standard 20ft semi-mobile workshop is ready to go on all land and marine journeys, to install power packs, cylinders, manifolds, hoses and piping (Lloyds certified) for infra-, industrial- and remote projects. Standard equipped with a Eaton‘s Walterscheid WALFORM Machine and Power infeed for 230V – 380V – 480V 50-60hZ (as well for standard power supply, offshore and diesel generated). During transit to all outskirts of the world, we can use the mobile shop as a material carrier, with clearly registered tools – all with their own unique serial number. Of course pipe- hose- saw-machines and crimping machines, as well as small power tools, HydraulIQ is up for every job.

HydraulIQ has a wide range of special engineered power packs. Within this project HydraulIQ has made the weight balanced power pack design, with diesel engine, high pressure hydraulic system, PLC electrical circuit and remote operation.
With a small feature included, this hydraulic gripper can be monitored all over the world. So, HydraulIQ service is always one step ahead to keep your production process running 24/7, without any delay.
The Power pack has been tested on full load, under full southern ambient temperature. Just to be absolutely sure that the system will not let you down during production processes.
The engineering, welding of the construction, assembly, Factory Acceptance Test and the test in combination to customer construction was carried out by our own highly trained HydraulIQ team of engineers, welders, mechanics and service field personnel.

Steelworks beam tilter

The HydraulIQ team engineered in cooperation with one of world’s largest steel companies, a 180 degrees beam tilting construction for their steel mill in the South West of The Netherlands. The beams, each having a weight of 80 tons, had to be tilted 180 degrees to be reworked after the milling process. The construction, power pack, manifolds, cylinders and the installation was all done by our own Dutch HydraulIQ team. The engineering of the construction and of course the hydraulic system were done in house, Roosendaal.
